• User Inputs for Forecasts: When generating forecasts or reports, you may provide stock ticker symbols and optional details.
• Day Trading Ideas: These are prepared and selected daily by our AI systems and delivered equally to all users. They are not based on user inputs.
• Finnext Academy: When using Academy features (lessons, tutorials, quizzes, or progress tracking), we may collect your activity data (e.g., completed modules, scores, or progress) to enable personalized access to educational materials.
• Chart Images for AI Chart Analyzer: When you use the AI Chart Analyzer, you may upload chart images from your device. These images are used solely to generate technical analysis and potential trading plan outputs.

1.2 Automatically Collected Information

• Usage Data: Anonymous analytics such as feature interactions, session durations, and performance data.
• Device Information: Device model, OS version, unique identifiers.
• Log Data: Crash reports and technical error logs.

1.3 Third-Party Data Collection

We integrate third-party APIs and SDKs to deliver forecasts, Day Trading Ideas, Finnext Academy, subscriptions, and analytics. These providers may collect and process data according to their own privacy policies:

• AI Providers: We use OpenAI and xAI's Grok API to process anonymized inputs and generate AI-powered forecasts, Day Trading Ideas, and selected Academy materials.
• Market Data Providers: Snapi LLC and Finazon supply stock market data, sentiment, and news.
• Payments & Subscriptions: Apple's and Google's in-app purchase systems and RevenueCat manage billing; we do not store payment card details.
• Analytics & Storage: Firebase and similar services are used for secure storage, analytics, and fraud prevention.
• AI Chart Analyzer Processing: When analyzing a chart, the App securely transmits the uploaded chart image to our AI model providers (such as OpenAI or xAI’s Grok API) for processing. These providers temporarily process the image to generate the analysis and do not store it long-term. The Company does not store these images on its servers.

1.4 Device Identifiers and Usage Data

• Our application collects and uses certain device identifiers, such as your device’s Android ID, Advertising ID (if available), device model, operating system, and IP address. These identifiers are collected automatically and are used for:
• App functionality, including authentication, cloud data storage, and configuration delivery.
• Account management to identify your device when you sign in, restore purchases, or access your account across devices.
• Analytics and performance monitoring to understand app usage and improve stability.

• For the AI Chart Analyzer, uploaded chart images are securely transmitted to third-party AI model providers for temporary processing. Images are not stored by PM Next s.r.o. and are deleted by the provider after processing.

4 Data Retention

• Account Data: Retained while your account is active; deleted within 30 days of deletion.
• Subscription Data: Retained as legally required (e.g., for tax compliance).
• Generated AI Content: Forecasts, Day Trading Ideas, and Academy progress data are securely stored in Firebase and accessible only by you. They may be anonymized for analytics and improvements.
• AI Chart Analyzer Images: Uploaded chart images processed by the AI Chart Analyzer are not stored on Company servers. They are processed temporarily by the AI model provider and deleted after analysis.
• Local Storage on Device: Chart images and their associated analysis may be stored locally on your device only, so you can revisit previous analyses. Removing the App may delete this locally stored history.

5 Security Measures

We implement industry-standard safeguards:

• Encryption: Data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
• Access Controls: Only authorized personnel access sensitive data.
• Monitoring: Fraud detection and misuse prevention measures are in place.
• AI Transmission Security: Chart images sent to AI model providers are transmitted using encrypted channels to ensure confidentiality during temporary processing.

• Day Trading Ideas: Generated internally by AI tools and distributed equally to all users, not based on individual inputs.
• Forecasts and Academy materials: May incorporate outputs from third-party AI models (OpenAI, Grok).
• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated.
• AI processing does not create a financial, investment, or advisory relationship between you and the Company.
• AI Chart Analyzer:
  • Uses automated machine-learning models to interpret uploaded chart images and may generate potential trading plans.
  • Outputs depend entirely on the clarity, quality, and content of the uploaded image.
  • The Company does not review, curate, or manually adjust AI Chart Analyzer results.
  • Temporary External Processing:
    • Uploaded chart images are temporarily processed by third-party AI providers to produce the analysis. These images are not used to identify you, not stored for training, and not retained beyond processing.
  • User Consent:
    • By using the AI Chart Analyzer, you consent to the transmission of chart images to third-party AI providers for temporary processing as described in this Privacy Policy.

9 Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance. When legally required, we will notify you of changes.
