Welcome to FinNext AI ('the App'), an AI-powered application developed by PM Next s.r.o. that generates predictive reports on stock market movements. By accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms and Conditions ('Terms'). Please read them carefully.

Purpose of the App
1. The App provides stock market prediction reports generated using OpenAI models for informational purposes only.
2. The reports do not constitute financial advice, investment guidance, or any professional recommendation.
3. You agree that you are solely responsible for evaluating and acting upon the information provided in the reports.
4. The App also provides market news and market sentiment analysis based on data retrieved from third-party providers. The accuracy and reliability of such information are not guaranteed, and PM Next s.r.o. is not responsible for its correctness or completeness.
Acceptance of Terms

Limitation of Liability
1. To the maximum extent permitted by law, PM Next s.r.o. is not liable for:
